Smart Product Nigeria Plc Proposes 10 kobo Dividend to Shareholders

Smart Product Nigeria Plc has announced a dividend of 10 kobo per 50k ordinary share to shareholders for the year end 31 December 2021.

This is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Thursday 7 July, 2022.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Friday 8 to Friday, 15 July 2022

On Thursday 18th August 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Thursday, 7th July 2022 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
