Michael Omolaja Resigns as a Director of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc

A Non-Executive Director of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, Mr Michael Omolaja, has voluntarily resigned his position in the institution.

This was disclosed Wednesday by management of Living via a filing at the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

The Statement: This is to notify you of the voluntary resignation of Mr. Michael Omolaja as a Non-Executive Director of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc.

Until his resignation, Mr. Omolaja was an Independent Non-Executive Director who served as the Chairman of the Board Investment and Credit Committee. He resigned in order to pursue other personal interests.

The resignation of Mr. Omolaja was accepted by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting on Friday, 20th of January 2023.
