Consumer complaints: Electricity, banking, telecoms top in 2020     The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has announced that the sectors which received the most complaints by consumers in 2020 were the electricity and banking sectors. We’ve resolved 98% of complaints in 15 months – NCC   No fewer than 26,169 thousand aggrieved telecoms customers with unresolved grievances have dragged the operator to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) for ultimate justice. This happened within a period of 15 months spanning January 2019 to April 2020, the commission revealed in report.
