Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NIDF) has opened its Series 12 offer under its N200 billion issuance programme, seeking to raise up to N45 billion.
The offer, which opened on September 23, 2026, comprises 396.33 million units priced at N113.54 each.
NIDF, managed by Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited, said the Series 12 offer is its 12th capital raise since inception in 2017 and the fourth since its listing on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
The offer price represents a 23.13 per cent discount to NIDF’s NGX closing price of N147.70 on September 22, according to the fund.
NIDF said it has provided long-term naira financing to critical infrastructure projects across Nigeria since its establishment and has recorded 37 distributions to investors, totalling more than N100 billion.
The fund said it has financed infrastructure projects with an aggregate value of about $625 million over the past decade.
It added that its portfolio covers multiple infrastructure subsectors and that it continues to assess projects that meet its investment criteria.
According to NIDF, proceeds from the Series 12 offer will support the fund’s continued growth and deployment of capital into infrastructure projects while providing investors with regular distributions.
